In reference to the letter vide memo. No BAM/FTA-5/EC-Regulation/ EU/Handicrafts/2(110/2008 (Ongsha.91/553 Dated 20/12/2010 issued by Ministry of Commerce, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, the undersigned is directed to Inform all stakeholders concerned regarding the official endorsement of the European Union's Revised Rules of Origin adopted via Regulation (EU) N 1063/2010 dated 18 November 2010 to be effective from 1 January 2011.
