Unaccompanied Baggage (Export) / Rules- 1999
 
In accordance with the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1996) Section 219, NBR has enacted following regulations:
 
1. Summary heading and application (a) the rules shall be called on air passenger unaccompanied baggage (Export) / Rules ,1999 (B) this Regulation shall only apply to passengers traveling by air provided that such baggage or refund tickets to passengers byasthala turret shall be sent to the beginning of the journey.
 
2.     Definitions: Unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context, the rules of any passenger baggage reasonable amount used or new clothes and other personal -use goods and trinkets.
