In accordance with SRO No. 144-Law/2015/24/Customs – Customs Act, 1969 (Act No. IV of 1969) – Section 19, Clause 14 of VAT Act 1991, the government after due consultation with NBR has decided to modify the SRO No. 73 Law/97/1700/Tax as follows:

In the above mentioned circulation:

a.      The phrase-‘Private Sector’ will be followed by ‘Public or’

b.     Appendix-1

a.     Following entries will be replaced by the relevant entries from Condition-2 of table-1

b.     The phrase-‘Private Sector’ will be followed by ‘Public or’

c.      Entries in the appendix-2 will be replaced by the following entries [ref: Condition 5 of Table-1]
