SRO No. 139-Law/2015/19/Customs. In accordance with Customs Act, 1969 (Act No. IV of 1969) – Section 19, the government upon due consultation with NBR has decided to modify the SRO No. 147-Law/2013/2434/Customs as follows:

In the above-mentioned circulation,

a.     Following headings will replace the existing heading of 12.08:

“12.12          1212.21.19   Sea weeds and other algae for use in dairy and poultry”

b.     Following headings will replace the existing heading of 23.09:

“25.17                 2517.49.00        Limestone (feed grade)

  28.01                 2801.10.00        Chlorine”

c.      Following headings and description will replace the existing heading of 28.33:

“28.33           28.33.19.00        Sodium hydrogen sulphate

                        2833.25.00         Copper Sulphate

                                                        pentahydrate (feed grade

                        2833.29.90          Ferrous sulphate (feed grade)/Managanese        sulphate monohydrate (feed grade)”
