The Ministry of Commerce of the Bangladesh Government has established the Portal in order to improve the predictability and transparency of the country’s trading laws and processes.

SRO No. 131-Law/2015/11/Customs. In accordance with Customs Act, 1969 (Act No. IV of 1969) – Section 19, the government upon due consultation with NBR has decided to cancel the following SROs:

1.     SRO No. 134- Law/2009/2237/Customs - Date June 11, 2009

2.     SRO No. 43- Law/2015/05/Customs – Date February 23, 2015
