Korea Republic: Proposed enactment of the “Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Management of Harmfulness of Tobacco” and “Enforcement Rule of the Act on the Management of Harmfulness of Tobacco”

The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety of the Republic of Korea is proposing the draft of the Enforcement Decree and Rule of the Act on the Management of Harmfulness of Tobacco which specify:The procedure of analyzing harmful substances in tobacco,Operating of the Tobacco Harmfulness Management Policy Committee, etc.
