The Bangladesh Trade Portal (BTP) is an official source of all regulatory information relevant to traders who wish to import goods into Bangladesh or export to other countries. The Ministry of Commerce of the Bangladesh Government has established the Portal in order to improve the predictability and transparency of the country’s trading laws and processes.

Egypt: Ministerial Decree No. 248 /2025 that gives the producers and importers a six-month transitional period to abide by the Egyptian Standard ES 414-1 "Canned Shrimps and Canned Crab Meat- part 1: Canned Shrimps  or canned prawns"

This standard specifies the basic requirements and descriptive criteria for canned shrimps or (prawns), as well as the methods of their inspection and testing.Producers and importers are kept informed of any amendments in the Egyptian standards through the publication of administrative orders in the official gazette.
