No. 364-Act/2025.--By virtue of the powers conferred by Section 22 of the Chittagong Port Authority Act, 2022 (Act No. 08 of 2022), the Authority, with the prior approval of the Government, hereby formulates the tariff schedule of rent, toll, rate, fee and charge recoverable from the port users, in the form of a notice issued earlier.
