Draft Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine "On Approval of Safety Indicators (Requirements) on Food Flavours, Safety Indicators (Requirements) on Food Additives and Safety Indicators (Requirements) on Food Enzymes".

Ukraine notifies the adoption of the draft Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine "On Approval of Safety Indicators (Requirements) on Food Flavours, Safety Indicators (Requirements) on Food Additives and Safety Indicators (Requirements) on Food Enzymes" as the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 45 "On Approval of Requirements for Food Flavours, Requirements for Food Additives and Requirements for Food Enzymes" on 8 January 2024.The Order was registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 23 January 2024 and published on 22 February 2024.The Order will enter into force on 22 August 2024.
