The Bangladesh Trade Portal (BTP) is an official source of all regulatory information relevant to traders who wish to import goods into Bangladesh or export to other countries. The Ministry of Commerce of the Bangladesh Government has established the Portal in order to improve the predictability and transparency of the countrys trading laws and processes.

ঔষধ ও কসমেটিকস-এর উৎপাদন, আমদানি, রপ্তানি, ক্রয়-বিক্রয়, মজুত, সংরক্ষণ, প্রদর্শন, বিতরন ও মান নিয়ন্ত্রণ-এর উদ্দেশ্যে Drugs Act, 1940 এবং Drugs (Control) Ordinance, 1982 রহিতক্রমে যুগোপযোগী করিয়া নতুন আইন প্রণয়নের উদ্দেশ্যে প্রণীত আইন।

ঔষধ ও কসমেটিকস-এর উৎপাদন, আমদানি, রপ্তানি, ক্রয়-বিক্রয়, মজুত, সংরক্ষণ, প্রদর্শন, বিতরন ও মান নিয়ন্ত্রণ-এর উদ্দেশ্যে Drugs Act, 1940 এবং Drugs (Control) Ordinance, 1982 রহিতক্রমে যুগোপযোগী করিয়া নতুন আইন প্রণয়নের উদ্দেশ্যে প্রণীত আইন।

 ঔষধ ও কসমেটিকস-এর উৎপাদন, আমদানি, রপ্তানি, ক্রয়-বিক্রয়, মজুত, সংরক্ষণ, প্রদর্শন, বিতরন ও মান নিয়ন্ত্রণ-এর উদ্দেশ্যে Drug & Cosmetic Act 2023 প্রণয়ন করা হয়েছে। এর মূল বিষয়গুলো নিম্নে বর্ণিতঃ

  • ঔষধ ও কসমেটিকস এর সঙগা, মেডিক্যাল ডিভাইস, বিভিন্ন ডায়েটারী সাপ্লিমেন্ট-এর ব্যখ্যা প্রদান করা হয়েছে।
  • ঔষধ আদালত, ঔষধ নিয়ন্ত্রণ কমিটি, ক্লিনিক্যাল ট্রায়াল, গুড ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং প্রাকটিস (জি.এম.পি) ইত্যাদির ব্যখ্যা।
  • Misbranded Drugs , Cosmetics ইত্যাদি।
  • লাইসেন্সিং কর্তৃপক্ষ, ঔষধ প্রশাসনের কার্যক্রম ও পরীক্ষাগার, ঔষধের নিবন্ধন ও মার্কেটিং অথরাইজেশন সনদ সংক্রান্ত।
  • কসমেটিকসের নিবন্ধন, মার্কেটিং।
  • ঔষধ আমদানি ও রপ্তানি সংক্রান্ত।
