Scrap Ship Import Rules- 2012 (Scrap Ship Import Permit)

F.I Circular No: 02

As per the gazette notification of Ministry of Industries under the Ship Breaking & Ship Recycling Rules-2011, an importer will have to receive permit form Ministry of Industries/Ship Building and Ship Recycling Board(SBSRB) before opening LC to import any types of ocean going ship.
