 The main content of Bangladesh Atomic Energy Regulatory Act 2012 is to regulate the atomic energy and its management in Bangladesh. This act should be compatible with the import policy order. This regulation also provides details licensing process to import any medical or other machinery that contains atomic energy radiations. This also presents nuclear safeguard, radioactive waste management, operator license for radioactive service etc.
