Process Steps

Step 1

Applicant applies in Company’s Letter Head pad for the certificate for the certificate to export any consignment.  

Step 2

Deposits Certificate fee and collects money receipt.  

Step 3

Submits all relevant documents to the Regional Office of BFFEA

Step 4

Regional office receives and verifies the documents  

Step 5

Regional office prepares the Certificate 

Step 6

Regional Vice President approves the Certificate 

Step 7

Regional office provides the Certificate

Approximate Processing Time for issuing the allotment :  1 day

Editorial Comment

Validity of the certificates is 1 month. If an applicant could not export the consignment within 1 month of getting this Certificate, one has to take another Export Certificate.
