DescriptionIn case of import of coal and hard coke in both private & public sector, pre-shipment inspection certificate shall be obtained from an internationally reputed surveyor to the effect that the quantity, weight and quality (standard) of the item are found as declared and quantity of sulphar is not above 3 three percent.
