European Union: Maximum residue levels for benomyl, carbendazim and thiophanate-methyl in or on certain products

This corrigendum corrects an error in Box 11 of notification G/SPS/N/EU/916 of 5 February 2026 (Draft Commission Regulation amending Annexes II, III and V to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards maximum residue levels for benomyl, carbendazim and thiophanate‐methyl in or on certain products (Text with EEA relevance)).“This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union and apply three months thereafter” should read “This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union, and apply six months thereafter”.
