This document specifies the scope of application,certification basis standards, certification modes, certification unit division, certification application, certification implementation, post-certification supervision, certification certificates, CCC marks, fees, and certification responsibilities for compulsory product certification of vehicle travelling data recorder.

This document applies to the implementation of the compulsory product certification for Vehicle travelling data recorder.
