This document specifies the scope of application, certification standards, certification modes, certification unit division, principles for classifying manufacturers, certification application, certification implementation, post-certification supervision, certification certificates, certification marks, fees, certification responsibilities, and detailed certification implementation rules for compulsory product certification of motor vehicle indirect vision device.This document applies to motor vehicle indirect vision device including motor vehicle mirrors, motorcycle rearview mirrors and camera-monitor devices, etc.
