Draft Resolution 1348, 22 August 2025 - previously notified through G/SPS/N/BRA/2434 - was adopted as Normative Instruction 420, 19 December 2025. The regulation updates 35 Monographs of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Sanitizing Disinfestants and Wood Preservatives, published through Normative Instruction 103 on 19 October 2021 in the Brazilian Official Gazette (DOU - Diário Oficial da União).
