This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, permanent marking， and information to be provided by the manufacturer for guided-type fall arresters with a flexible anchor line. 

This document applies to guided-type fall arresters with a flexible anchor line installed at an angle of no more than 15 °  from the vertical direction.
