The Energy Policy and Conservation Act, as amended (“EPCA”), prescribes energy conservation standards for various consumer products and certain commercial and industrial equipment, including consumer conventional cooking products. Conventional cooking products; Electric industrial or laboratory furnaces and ovens (excl. resistance heated, induction, dielectric and drying furnaces and ovens) (HS code(s): 851430); Environmental protection (ICS code(s): 13.020); Energy efficiency.
