Process Steps

 

Step 1

Applicant collects the Form from the Plant Protection Wing, DAE or download from the website (http://dae.portal.gov.bd/)  

Step 2

Fills in the Application Form

Step 3

Deposits fees through Treasury Challan and collects money receipt

Step 4

Submits the filled-in Application Form along with required documents to the Plant Protection Wing, DAE

Step 5

After receiving the application, the authority checks that the pesticides have been registered and it strictly complies with the application for registration; it is packed and labeled in conformity with these rules; the importer has proper facilities for its storage.

Step 6

If the licensing authority is satisfied that the premises in respect of which the license is to be granted are adequate and equipped with proper storage accommodation for avoiding any hazard and for preserving the property pesticides, authority approves for the License

Step 7

Applicant receives the License
