Step 1

Collects prescribed Application Form
|
Step 2
|
Gathers the required documents and attaches them with Application.

Step 3
|
Submits the Application to the Fish Inspection and Quality Control Office, Department of Fisheries.

Step 4
|
Deputy Director (DD) receives the application and go through the papers
|
Step 5
|
DD sends the Application to the Quality Control Officer
|
Step 6
|
Quality Control Officer sends it to the inspector
|
Step 7
|
Inspector verified the application and documents
|
Step 8
|
Inspection team conducts inspection and submits a report to the Quality Control Officer
|
Step 9
|
Quality Control Officer sends it to the Deputy Director then sends to the Section in a descending way
|
Step 10
|
Section prepares a Certificate of License and pass it to the Deputy Director in an ascending way
|
Step 11
|
Deputy Director approves and signed the License

Step 12

Applicant collects License from the Section
